1-Call Carpet Cleaning staff are fully trained with the most modern equipment, cleaners and techniques available. All our staff practice procedures setout by the IICRC.
1-Call's complete carpet cleaning package includes:
- Moving Items off the floor to gain access to as much carpet area as possible. Items that cannot be moved and pose a risk of 'bleeding' are protected with carpet savers.
- Thoroughly vacuuming all areas to remove dry soils.
- Pretreating All Exposed Carpet. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies, 1-Call pretreats all exposed carpet, not just the traffic areas.
- Carpet Grooming. By using special carpet groomers, we work your carpet to help activate the cleaning agent throughout the entire fiber, not just the surface.
- Conditioned Extraction. Extraction is performed diligently with conditioned water to extract the maximum amount of residue and dirt from your carpet. We take our time during this procedure because we know the longer we spend extracting, the cleaner your carpet will be.
- Carpet Combing. This final step leaves your carpet looking rejuvenated and fresh.
- Carpet Drying. Fast drying options are made available for those clients that require immediate access.
1-Call Carpet Cleaning specializes in all commercial and strata type buildings including high-rises, apartment buildings, executive and professional offices, and more. We use three different methods of carpet cleaning that all have their advantages to certain types of carpets and environments.
- Steam Clean Extraction – the most common method of carpet cleaning. We use many different tools including dual jet wands, crevice wands, stair wands, upholstery wands as well as the Rotovac SystemTM
- Bonnet Shampooing with emulsifiers – a very common method of cleaning used mostly in large high traffic areas such as airports or casinos.
- Dry Cleaning – a fairly new technology that uses dry cleaning agents and special carpet scrubbing machines to suspend soil allow it to be vacuumed up. This method is great for cleaning delicate fibers such as wool.
